Puppies will be current on vaccinations and worming depending on age, No replacements will be given in case of Parvo.

PAYMENT: will be made in cash, money order or cashier check.

At all times the use of the kennel name " Texas Pride Olde English Bulldogges" as the kennel prefix will be used in the puppies registration name and in any/all advertisements of this dog whether in print or photographic publication.

The seller is not responsible for any person or animal bite or hurt by this dog. The training and behavior of the animal once sold is the responsibility of the buyer.

​Puppy Contract

The buyer agrees: to provide a safe environment for new puppy, this includes maintaining vaccinations de-worming and heart worm protection.

​​​​The buyer hereby agrees to purchase the puppy "nicknamed"  ______________________________________​for the price of $_______________The sires name is _______________________and the dams name is ________________________       

The choice of the puppy is determined on first come (deposit received basis) first choice basis. Deposit are $300.00 upon which time the puppy will be placed on hold for four days while waiting for deposit. In the event is not received in the specific time period, the puppy will again be available for sale.

The seller agrees to furnish the buyer with necessary health information including all vaccinations and worming records. The purebred IOEBA puppy registration application will be provided at the time of puppy pickup and full payment is made.The buyer understands that said puppy is eligible for permanent IOEBA registration. The puppy comes with full breeding rights and seller may wish to retain breeding rights on males through Texas Pride Olde English Bulldogges for no more than 2 year.This does not guarantee that this puppy once it reaches adulthood will be able to produce offspring.  

No cash refunds will be given and Texas Pride will not pay veterinarian bills. We will not cover hips with this litter. In addition bulldogges can have eye and skin problems. These are defects of the breed and will not be covered by Texas Pride.

The balance is due at six week of age unless parties agree to final payment at time of pickup.

​The buyer agrees to following ​​terms and conditions; finds said puppy to be in good/condition at time of pickup or delivery. The buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a veterinarian within 72 hours after delivery for a complete physical examination. If a licensed Veterinarian finds the puppy to have contagious disease or serious medical condition other an a bacterial infection, such as Coccidian or Giardia which can easily be treated, the seller will replace the puppy of same sex when available from the same or upcoming litter. All replacement puppies will be chosen by Texas Pride Olde English Bulldogges. The seller reserves the right to a second veterinarian opinion at the expense of the seller.

I HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT:

Deposit/payment are NON REFUNDABLE. The only exception is the case of premature death prior to delivery.

Texas Pride realize that we all live busy lives but would appreciate a picture at 7 months,11 months and 15 months in a text or email. We would love to see how our babies turn out. This is so important in determining our breeding program.
